Place the closing template on the truffle bell, fill it and then close it with chocolate, scrape off any excess chocolate. Now you can roll your pralines in powdered sugar, cocoa, tempered chocolate or sprinkled decorations.
Note:
The stencils are not casting molds, they are only used to close the hollow bodies, no finished pralines come out when you pour chocolate through the holes!
The template is only for closing hollow chocolate bodies and is suitable for our hollow body layers, not those of other manufacturers!
