The alcohol-free aperitif“Bitter” or “Amer” generally refers to an aperitif liqueur made from an infusion of bitter plants. The bitter is often used in cocktails around the world: in no time at all it turns a mixture into a balanced drink. MONIN bitter aperitif does not contain alcohol and is therefore a very good alternative to Campari. Like the original, this syrup contains: gentian, cardamom, nuts, ginger and paprika.
