As a spray glaze: 500 g of powdered sugar at least 2 times seven, so that it is very fine and lump-free, mix with 3 tablespoons of protein powder and whip up with 6 tablespoons of water.
Always cover the finished glaze with a damp cloth so that it does not dry before use.
Use as meringue: Mix 25 g of protein powder with 250 g of granulated sugar and beat with 125 ml of water until stiff with a blender.
