Product Info

Ice binding agent Gelato Universal is a combined stabilizing and emulsifying system. It prevents the formation of large ice crystals and ensures optimal air, water and fat distribution.

This ice binding agent can also be used for frozen yoghurt and soft ice cream. The use ensures the perfect consistency of your product, even over a longer storage period.

  • Ice powder for the production of all types of ice cream,
  • dissolvable cold and warm
  • prevents the ice cream from crystallizing
  • Use 50 g per litre of ice cream mix


Basic recipe:

1 litre of long-life milk, 250 g of sugar, 50 g of Gelato Universal base material for your taste, simply add flavor carriers!
